Hard enamel pins

Hard enamel pins are the highest quality of enamel pins. Also known as cloisonné pins, they are first die-struck with a design leaving raised and recessed areas. Enamel paint is filled into the recessed areas, hardened by heat at very high temperatures, and then polished off smooth. Each color area is surrounded by a thin metal line that keeps the enamel in its spot, but the entire pin surface will be smooth. Hard enamel pins can be gifts or promotional products in weddings, golf tournaments, government identification, events, bar mitzva, baby shower, schools, universities, zoos, theme parks, birthday parties, and more.

Soft enamel pins

Diestruck Soft Enamel Lapel Pins

After being stamped from iron, the recessed areas of the design are colored using a soft enamel that is then cured. Add an optional epoxy dome to give a level surface finish.
